This is definitely possible, provided the bituminous roofing membrane has been properly prepared.
IKO hybritech MS Detail can only be applied to a surface that is clean, dry, dust-free, and free of loose particles.
Application is possible on both APP and SBS bitumen.
APP bitumen:

SBS bitumen:

Attention!
The membrane must adhere sufficiently to the substrate. Local cracks or blisters must be repaired first.
