Which IKO roofing membrane should I choose as a vapor barrier for my project based on the indoor climate class?

According to TV280, a vapor barrier is classified into four classes based on the indoor climate of the building (I-IV). Specific vapor barriers are recommended depending on the indoor climate class: E1 – E4. See Table 13 p.62 TV280.

A bitumen vapor barrier can be used for indoor climate classes I–III.

A bitumen vapor barrier with ALU insert can be used for indoor climate classes I–IV.
